Stack data dots to bins, and we get histogram.
- It can be used to illustrate probability distribution
- The tricky part is to figure out how wide the bin is
- Smaller range will be more precise, but too small would not give much informatiaon and makes the distribution too wide
Histogram vs distribution
- Histogram is discret, while Probability distribution is continous
- Calculate probability
- In histogram: add the bars
- In distribution: use calculus to calculate the area
